Brewer' vetos: no AHCCCS cap, no guns in libraries


The Governor vetoed bills that would have capped Medicaid (voters in CD 1 should keep this in mind if Tobin is the contender), allowed guns in public places (Georgia just one-upped Arizona), and punished public officials for enacting background checks on gun purchases (the "let's get Kozachik and Tucson too" bill).  See full stories below.
