The charity watchdog group, Charity Navigator, awarded the Clinton Foundation its highest rating, 4 out of four stars. It's numerical ratings on a zero to 100 scale were: Overall Score & Rating: 94.74, Financial: 97.50, Accountability & Transparency: 93.00.

The Trump Foundation remains not rated.
