Speaking of Trump's performance at the second debated, Pence said this. "He showed the American people what's in his heart. He showed humility to the American people."
I did not detect any groveling. Now, groping? I guess dismissing his 2005 taped confession to sexual assault as locker room banter is showing "humility" and "what's in his heart."
The thing is: if Trump's brags were only banter then he made up stories - lied - about female acquaintances to make himself look good and great. If he told the truth, then he is guilty as charged.
